The City of San Dimas is recruiting for a new City Manager. The City of San Dimas is a General Law city. The City Manager reports to and receives direction from, the Mayor and City Council for implementing policies, goals and objectives, and the budget; administering the operations of City government; and the delivery of public services.
The City Manager should be a visionary and exemplary leader; serve as a mentor to staff; have experience with team building; have a high level of integrity; be organized; provide timely work products; make effective
presentations; be customer service oriented; empower staff; and facilitate consensus building.
