The California Department of Transportation (Caltrans) announces full closure of westbound San Bernardino Freeway (I-10) off-ramp to southbound Kellogg Drive from Tuesday, August 13, to Thursday, August 22, for
pavement rehabilitation.

Signs will be posted before the westbound I-10 off-ramp to Kellogg Drive to alert motorists. All closures are weather permitting and subject to change.

Residents and businesses located near the freeway may experience noise, vibrations, and dust associated with construction activities. Repaving the off-ramp is part of a $195 million project to add a carpool lane in each direction of I-10 between Citrus Street and the Orange Freeway (SR-57). It is Segment 3 of the San Bernardino Freeway HOV Lane Project, which will add a carpool lane in each direction of I-10 from the San Gabriel River Freeway (I-605) and Orange Freeway (SR-57). Guy F. Atkinson Construction, LLC, is the contractor.

Caltrans reminds drivers to be “Work Zone Alert” and “Slow for the Cone Zone.”
