Homeowners – Did you know…
Did you know that you need a permit to replace, add or retro-fit windows? Even an above ground pool requires a permit. The purpose of a permit is to assure that construction complies with the California Building Code adopted by the City of San Dimas to protect health and safety, general welfare, and your investment in your property.
The Building Department has several helpful handouts for various types of construction.  Please click here to be redirected to our handouts page.
