Statement of Economic Interest - Form 700

The Political Reform Act requires public officials to disclose assets and income that may be materially affected by their official actions. The Act requires government agencies to ensure that their public officials (City Council and Mayor, City Manager, City Treasurer, City Attorney, and City Planning Commissioners); and designated city employees disclose their interests on or before April 1st of each year by completing a Statement of Economic Interest Form 700. The City Clerk’s Office is the filing officer for the Form 700. Submit all public official’s filings with the Fair Political Practices Commission through the City Clerk’s Office and filings for designated employees is filed with the City Clerk’s.

Filing and Viewing Statements

The City of San Dimas approved the use of the NetFile electronic filing system for its filers. This system allows all required individuals to submit their 700 Form electronically and for the management of the process.  Copies of statements filed by public officials by may be obtained by visiting the website of the Fair Political Practices Commission or from the San Dimas City Clerk’s Office 245 East Bonita Ave, San Dimas, CA 91773.
